For privacy purposes, Movimenta S.r.l. acts as data controller for personal data collected through montecarlosupercars.com, including availability requests, quote requests, contact forms, email and WhatsApp communications.
This notice does not replace a rental contract or partner rental terms. Binding rental conditions, price, availability, deposit, insurance, delivery terms and vehicle availability are confirmed only in the written quote.

This notice applies to:
- Visitors of montecarlosupercars.com (catalogue pages, availability modal, WhatsApp links);
- People who submit an availability request or contact the desk by email or WhatsApp;
- Use of cookies and similar technologies described in section 9.
Third-party websites (social networks, messaging apps, payment providers if used later) have their own policies. We are not responsible for their processing once you leave our site or open their app.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to your request and, if you proceed, to prepare a quote or rental arrangement.
3.1 Data you provide
- Contact details: email address and/or WhatsApp / phone number;
- Request details: pick-up and return dates, optional name, nationality, notes (delivery, event, chauffeur, etc.);
- Vehicle interest: model or car selected on the catalogue when you open the form from a card;
- Consent: confirmation that you have read this notice and agree to processing for the availability request.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate referral source, timestamps (via cookies and analytics tools listed in section 9);
- Communication metadata: when you use WhatsApp or email, those providers process data under their own terms.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g. health, biometric) through the website form. Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields unless strictly necessary; if you do, you consent to our processing it only to handle your request.
4. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Typical data | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |

| Record proof of consent | Checkbox timestamp, form submission | Legal obligation (accountability) / Legitimate interests |
| Website analytics & conversion measurement | Usage, device, campaign data | Consent where required by law; otherwise Legitimate interests (improving the site), with opt-out where offered by the tool |
| Security, fraud prevention, legal claims | Logs, IP, correspondence | Legitimate interests / Legal obligation |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue a purely consent-based activity (e.g. certain marketing).
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
5. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only when necessary:
- Desk staff and authorised brokers involved in availability checks and quotes for Monaco, Ibiza or partner fleets;
- IT & hosting providers that store or transmit website data (servers, email, form handling);

- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) when required;

Processors act on our instructions under data processing terms where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Our desk operates in Monaco / the Riviera and Ibiza; servers and tools may be located in the UK, EEA, United States or other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA / EU Standard Contractual Clauses) or other mechanisms permitted by law. You may request more information on safeguards by contacting us.
7. Retention
- Active enquiries & quotes: typically up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, dispute or legal obligation;
- Completed rentals & accounting: as required by tax and commercial law (often 6–10 years where applicable);
- Analytics data: according to each provider’s settings (often 14–26 months or shorter);
- Consent records: for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, then deleted or anonymised.
When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymise data.
